Start! Communicating was responsible for the successful launch of a unique gutter cleaning product called GutterWitch. The initial launch included brand development, packaging design, website design and development and displays for trade shows.

We continue to help GutterWitch by developing packaging for new outdoor cleaning products sold at Mitre 10 Mega Stores throughout New Zealand.

RoofGuard Maintenance Systems is a division of Edwards & Hardy Limited. A nationwide company, RoofGuard cleans and maintains the roofs of domestic and commercial buildings.

Start! Communicating modernised their branding and developed a new range of consumer brochures and other items. The new branding has been well received and is has been extended across a range of other RoofGuard products and services.

Glasshape Specialist Glass Products is a fast-growing company that supplies curved and toughened glass to the building and marine industries. Their products are now recognised as the benchmark by designers and architects in New Zealand and overseas.

Start! Communicating has enjoyed a long and happy association with Glasshape having undertaken a complete rebranding for them as well developing all of their advertising and product literature. Start! Communicating was also responsible for the design and launch of their website. This was achieved with the help of our technology partners, Mediacore Solutions.

UniTap is a product developed by ITW Fastex in Avondale, Auckland. An innovative redevelopment of the old fashioned ‘wine bag in box’ dispenser tap, the Unitap is now being licensed produced in Europe and the USA.

As well as a series of trade advertisements and an innovative product brochure, Start! Communicating also designed a dedicated website. Working in conjunction with Mediacore Solutions, this website has proved very successful and is helping ITW Fastex with new business enquiries.

Optipak is a bulk packaging system marketed by Greif Incorporated in Auckland. Wanting to increase their exposure, generate leads new sales, Start! Communicating was asked to develop a dedicated website for the system.

Designed in conjunction with Mediacore Solutions, the website has been very successful and has led to a measurable increase in activity for Optipak.

Start! Communicating has enjoyed the support of Steel & Tube Roofing Products for over 12 years.

Throughout that time, we have produced all of their consumer and trade advertising and marketing material. We also help them with displays for trade shows and industry conferences. Working in conjunction with their IT consultant, Start! Communicating is currently developing a new website aimed at homeowners interested in Future Proof Building .

CLiK is one of New Zealand’s most successful animal health products. Manufactured by Novartis Animal Health, it is sold throughout the country to combat flystrike in sheep.

Start! Communicating adapted Novartis’ global campaign to suit the local market. This campaign consisted of a product information brochure a unique Direct Mail brochure and a series of industry print adverts. In what is an historically competitive market, Start! Communicating’s contribution was recognised by their global agency as being one of the best executed amongst the countries where this campaign was utilised.

KiwiSpan is one of New Zealand’s most popular brands of pre-engineered buildings. Start! Communicating was asked to revamp their advertising and marketing material and to develop a TVC.

The creation of ‘KiwiSpan Kev’ was a key component in our strategy and (he) has proved to be very successful. Even in the current economic climate, KiwiSpan outsells the opposition and the new image has been enthusiastically embraced by both dealers and customers alike.

Insulated foam core panels are an important component of temperature-controlled buildings, and Bondor New Zealand is this country’s largest manufacturer of them. A recent innovation has been the company’s launch of XFLAM, a product that utilises a unique fire retardant core.

As well as supporting Bondor New Zealand with their ongoing advertising and marketing, Start! Communicating has helped them with the launch of XFLAM with new technical literature; print advertising and trade show displays.

Webcot is a leading Australian supplier of pest control products. Distributed through large format DIY stores such as Bunnings, Mitre 10 Mega and rural supply companies, their products encompass everything from the humble mousetrap right through to sophisticated insect control and grain protection products.

As well as developing adverts for publication in Australian agricultural and farming publications, Start Communicating supports Webcot with catalogue design and production along with brochures and leaflets for trade and consumer promotions.
